After months of my Christian life going through a "dry spell", I'm finally coming back round to God again. I had the most wonderful prayer time in church last Sunday evening and then managed to get back to doing my bible studies this week! So I was reading the one last night, about being disappointed in yourself (which was strange considering I was pleased that I hadn't just said I'll do it tomorrow considering it was quite late!) and the study writer was talking about not condemning yourself (Like Peter probably did after denying Jesus three times) and referenced Romans 8:3 which says "God went for the jugular when he sent his own Son. He didn't deal with the problem as something remote and unimportant. In his Son, Jesus, he personally took on the human condition, entered the disordered mess of struggling humanity in order to set it right once and for all." MSG This just shows again, that our God isn't floating far away in space and just watching us, as one of my childhood favorites says, "From a distance". He's close, He's a personal God, one who meets us where we are and deals with us individually as we need, treats us individually, understands us individually, loves us individually.

If you see this...then woohoo!! It works! Now for the deep meaningful spiritual part where I have been enlightened and inspired and decide to share it with you: Woohoo!! :D Seriously (who wants to be serious though...) the good stuff is coming as soon as I have some! :D
